Vladimir Petrovich Romanov


Vladimir Petrovich Romanov has been appointed as the new Stewardship director for the Euro-Asia Division. He was born on November 23rd, in Tajikistan. His parents were both Adventists: his mother was a fifth-generation Adventist, and his father - third-generation Adventist. His father's relatives - Molokan Christians - were exiled to Armenia for their religious beliefs.


After graduation from high school, Vladimir studied in a Technical College as a refrigerator repair mechanic and graduated in 1988. That year, he moved to Vitebsk (Belarus) for work and was drafted into the army for two years in Kharkiv (Ukraine). He returned to Belarus, where he has been actively involved in church life.

In 1991, he got married to Alla, and they answered God's call to move from Vitebsk to Orsha (Belarus) and served as volunteer-missionaries for two years.

Vladimir has been in pastoral ministry since 1993 and has served in several capacities, notably regional pastor, stewardship director, treasurer, secretary, and president.

He holds a bachelor's degree in theology and a Masters's. Vladimir and his wife, Alla, are happy parents of two children: Elena and Denis.
