Holy Convocation Ends with Holy Communion
At the end of the Holy Convocation, which focused on the topic “Growing in Grace,” 634 participating elders gathered to learn more about trust, worship, stewardship, and re-dedication. The event ended with a Holy Communion ceremony, surprising participants with a designed set depicting the biblical temple in Israel. Dozens of pastors entered the chapel dressed in costumes representing priests and high priests serving in the temple.
“For you and me to be saints, we need to touch Christ," said Aguinaldo Guimarães, president of the East São Paulo Conference.
