New Stewardship Director in SAD

Pastor Josanan Alves Jr. has been appointed the new Stewardship Ministries director of the South American Division, replacing Pastor Herbert Boger Jr. Pastor Alves Jr., who until now was Stewardship Ministries director of the Northeast Brazilian Union, was born in Pesqueira, Pernambuco. He is married to Gleice Maria da Silva Xavier, with whom he has two children, Glenda and Samuel.

Alves Jr. was a district pastor at the Pernambucan Conference, then was called to the Northeast Mission with headquarters in Natal, as ministerial secretary and leader of the stewardship, health, and family ministries departments. He also served as director of Stewardship Ministries and health ministries at the Brazilian Union.
