This one-week Stewardship Ministries program has an emphasis on Nurture and Retention. It is aimed at helping pastors, teaching them how to nurture and keep members in the church. Trainings are done in the mornings, followed by visitations in the afternoons and revival and reformation preachings in the evenings.
