Stewardship Rally in Romania
More than a hundred pastors participated in the God First event that took place at the church-owned retreat center, Stupini, in the city of Brasov, Romania. Attendees also studied about Promise (the importance of a percentage-based offering), the difference between the tithe and the “second tithe,” and the Combined Offering Plan. The presenters were Elders Ioan Campian Tatar, Billy Biaggi, and Marcos Bomfim.
