The first Negros Occidental Conference Stewardship seminar was held in Bacolod, Central Philippines, the theme of the meetings was “GOD 1ST – THE LAST GENERATION”. It was attended by 350 Stewardship leaders from local churches and three officers of the Conference. Leaders from three districts could not come due to the attack of Typhoon Marilyn. Seminars were presented by Pastor Abner Dinoy, Central Philippine Union Conference Stewardship Director, Pastor Joenie Samillano, NOC Stewardship Director, and Hiskia Missah from the General Conference.
