Stewardship Workshop for Eastern Jharkhand, Western Jharkhand Section, Bihar and Chhattishgar Region: Feb 28 –March 03, 2018

From February 28 to March 03, 2018, a zonal-wide workshop was conducted at Karmatar School for the Eastern Jharkhand Section, Western Jharkhand Section, Bihar Region, and Chhattisgarh Region. Officers of both sections, region directors for both regions, and 39 pastoral workers attended this life-changing workshop conducted by Barkat Masih the Stewardship Ministries associate director of Northern India Union. Honoring the faith and humility of His people, God’s Holy Spirit moved in a mighty way. Morning and evening devotions were also very uplifting, and all the sessions brought a new and clearer understanding of the principles for living and giving presented by Barkat Masih.

Every delegate was highly inspired and motivated, and everyone pledged to share the beautiful truth about the Stewardship message, which is the Adventist lifestyle message for the lay members as well as the pastoral workers. The theme for this meeting was “Putting God First in Every Area of Our Life.”

Pr Alfred Kisku, EJS president; Mr Elias Kujur, secretary/treasurer; Pr Subhash Tudu, Stewardship director for EJS; Pr Alex Dang, WJS president; Mr Watson Tirkey, secretary/Stewardship director; Pr Anil Mona Lakra, BR director; and Pr Sujal Kisku, CHHR director’s support, were present, and their presentations made the whole workshop a successful one.

All the delegates returned home with a new zeal and pledge to increase the number of faithful tithers and promisors in the field.
